G2 Builders converted an existing Applebee’s Restaurant into a Hibachi restaurant with a massive bar and sushi counter. The space will house 11 hibachi tables with granite counters and over 60 tons of cooling and exhaust.

G2 was hired to build a first of its kind Sport Medicine Sanctuary for Dr. Josh Bletzinger. The sanctuary is specified designed to treat sports injuries and will contain four different types of sports surfaces to test injured athletes.

G2 was hired to convert an old movie theatre into a big-box clothing store for Gordmans. Features include over 200 truckload of new stone brought in, 50,000 SF slab, new EIFS and Glass Façade. All of the work was done in three (3) month during the wettest summer in Chicago History.

G2 Builders recently finished the New Ross Dress for Less in Naperville, Il. The space included a 200,000 facade that was over 50′ high. Other elements included Creteseal coatings, EIFS and Masonry finishes, 2 Docks, and 34,000 SF of sales area.

Menards is a chain of home improvement stores in the Midwestern United States. G2 Builders does various projects for Menards including renovation and Garden Center additions!

G2 built the 100th screen for Classic Cinema in Elmhurst. Building the stadium seating movie theatre with zero setbacks and only 10′ of alley space to work with was extremely difficult. G2 moved the power in the middle of the night as well. The space is a retro cinema with plaster walls, custom light fixtures, and large steel structure. The cinema has 3D movie projection and the latest sound technology.

ChiA’SSO is a high-end Italian furniture distributor.  The facility is a two-story facility with polished concrete floors, modular art walls, and track lighting to accent the furniture.  G2 also installed the furniture conveyor between the two floors.

G2 was hired by Locked Knee Venture to build their new Hot Yoga Studio. The studio had to maintain 105 degrees Fahrenheit with 40% humidity. G2 designed the custom make up air system to stay within the owner’s budget and still maintain the strict temperature requirements. Other aspects of the space include custom locker rooms, reception canopies, Florbo flooring.

One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion. This simple but fundamental difference saves money and time by transforming the relationship into an alliance which fosters collaboration and teamwork.
