Stephanie Adamczyk

Stephanie Adamczyk serves as Assistant Project Manager for G2 Builders. She manages cost control, scheduling, design/build, quality control, and client relationships. Stephanie believes in preparation, organization, and communication. She finds the best success in projects where each person thinks of him/herself as part of a team. She has an eye for detail and quality.

Stephanie’s previous experience in architectural construction stems from a repair internship with Kellermeyer Godfryt Hart Architects and Engineers. She contributed to the survey and creation of repair programs for buildings in Chicagoland. Her responsibilities included the creation of repair documents, site survey and inspection, reviewing bids, and preparing project manuals. As an Assistant Project Manager for G2 Builders, she applies the construction knowledge gained from KGH for all of G2’s projects.

Stephanie’s background in research and design consists of graphic design and layout, proposals for public art, and urban conditions. Stephanie spent a summer in Beijing, China with the BASE program (Beijing Architectural Studio Enterprise) researching urban development. She also taught the sophomore level architectural design studio for 2 years at the University of Illinois. Her hybrid construction/design background gives G2 Builders an edge on offering design advice, drawing packages, and pre-construction renderings.

Ms. Adamczyk holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She loves keeping up with the design world and studying art history. She enjoys traveling and has so far visited Canada, France, Ireland, China, and Japan. One of her favorite hobbies is to design and change around her home; she loves to roll up her sleeves for home repair projects. She finds the everyday challenges of construction to be a never-ending learning experience, and the uniqueness of each project is what she truly enjoys.
